DIRECTIONS TO NEWMARKET MILLS

The Newmarket Mills are located at 55 Main Street (also called Route 108), along the Lamprey River, in downtown Newmarket. The property is conveniently located just 5 miles from Durham and the University of New Hampshire Campus. Newmarket Mills are on the Wildcat public transportation route.

From Portsmouth:
From the Portsmouth traffic circle, take Route 16/Spaulding Turnpike North. Turn on to Route 4 West. Travel approximately 4 miles and take the exit for Route 108 South. Continue on Route 108, by taking a left at the set of lights just past the Irving station. Travel for about 4 miles until you enter downtown Newmarket. The main entry to Newmarket Mills is at 55 Main Street, in the granite building, on your left.

From Interstate 95:
Take Route 95 to Route 101 West. Turn onto Route 85 toward Exeter/Newfields at Exit 10. Follow Route 85 to its end (about 4 miles), and turn left onto Route 108 North. Continue for about 3 miles on Route 108 North into downtown Newmarket. The entry to Newmarket Mills is at 55 Main Street, in the granite building on the right.

From Route 101:
Turn onto Route 85 toward Exeter/Newfields at Exit 10. Follow Route 85 to its end (about 4 miles), and turn left onto Route 108 North. Continue for about 3 miles on Route 108 North into downtown Newmarket. The entry to Newmarket Mills is at 55 Main Street, in the granite building on the right.
